Senai Pastry Doughs runs a laminating line in an industrial estate near Senai airport, producing butter and margarine doughs for kitchens that want consistent pastry without a full-time laminator. Products leave the plant frozen, either as unbaked shaped pieces or as flat sheets for cutting in-house.
Customers include hotel breakfast kitchens, café chains with central kitchens and wedding caterers across Johor, Melaka and the Klang Valley. Freezer trucks run to Kuala Lumpur twice a week. Private label packing and custom shapes are available for chains ordering from 500 kg a month.
