Tebrau Roast Works runs a 15 kg roaster from a light-industrial unit off Jalan Tebrau, roasting arabica blends from Brazil, Colombia and Ethiopia alongside a local liberica option. The team of eleven includes two technicians who service espresso machines.
About 60 cafés and small hotel outlets in Johor Bahru, Iskandar Puteri and Kulai buy on monthly accounts. Cafés taking 20 kg a month or more can borrow a grinder and a two-group machine at no charge, with servicing included. Training for new café staff is held at the roastery every second Saturday.
