Local ordering app and rider network for restaurants and home cooks in Kota Bharu, with lower commission than national platforms.
HantarKB is a delivery service started in Kota Bharu in 2020 by a group of local riders and a programmer. Restaurants, nasi kerabu stalls, bakeries and home cooks list their menus on its app, and riders deliver within about 10 km of the town centre, including Pengkalan Chepa and Kubang Kerian.
Commission is lower than the large national platforms, and merchants can also book riders for their own orders taken by phone or messaging apps. Payouts are made twice a week. The app is in Malay and English, and the office helps older stall owners photograph dishes and set up their menus.
Why kitchens choose HantarKB Delivery
- Lower commission than national delivery platforms
- Book riders for your own phone orders
