Gan's Espresso Workshop is run by a former café owner and one technician from a shoplot in Jelutong. They service and repair commercial espresso machines and grinders from most common European and Asian makers: descaling boilers, replacing group gaskets and shower screens, fixing pumps and solenoids, and changing grinder burrs.
Cafés on a service plan get a visit every three or six months, depending on water hardness and volume. When a machine has to come into the workshop, a loan machine can be set up so the café keeps serving. They also install water filtration for new setups.
